Parking Ambassador

Pivot Parking is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Parking Ambassador to join our team in Tuxedo, Fulton County. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be the welcoming face of our hospital campus parking operation, keeping traffic moving smoothly and helping motorists every step of the way.

About the Role

As a Parking Ambassador with Pivot Parking, you will support daily operations across a busy hospital campus in Tuxedo, Fulton County. The position follows a consistent weekday schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., blending light campus maintenance with friendly, hands-on customer service. It is an ideal fit for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and assisting the public throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide traffic flow across the hospital campus to keep movement safe and orderly.
• Greet motorists and answer questions about parking payments and related inquiries.
• Monitor paper supply levels at entry and exit kiosks, restocking them as needed to prevent service interruptions.
• Handle hospital grounds upkeep on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., including pulling and emptying receptacles along the main hospital exterior sidewalks.
• Carry out additional light campus support duties to maintain a clean, well-functioning parking environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on your feet and spending time outdoors in a campus setting.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills, with a courteous, approachable manner.
• Reliability and the ability to commit to a regular Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
• Attention to detail for tasks such as restocking kiosks and grounds upkeep.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support varied daily duties.
