This role involves processing electronic legal instruments, assisting with trial prep and hearings, and providing additional legal support for a large federal agency. Core Duties Provide apprentice-level examination of legal instruments Review legal instruments (completeness of information, proper execution) Support Litigation Support Unit, attorneys, and paralegals with functional and administrative duties as needed Determine correctness of action (per Government regulations, procedures, etc.) Research records to ascertain conditions that might preclude action Assist with various tasks within the Litigation Support Unit on a daily basis, including processing data and evidence for cases and completing discovery productions What We're Looking For A Paralegal/Administrative Specialist performs duties such as providing apprentice-level examination of legal instruments. Reviewing legal instruments to ensure completeness and proper execution. Offering direct support to Litigation Support Unit, attorneys, and paralegals regarding functional and administrative duties as needed. Determining the correctness of actions based on Government regulations, procedures, etc. Researching records to ascertain conditions that might preclude action.
