About the Role As a Paid Media Manager at Benevity, you'll be the technical strategist powering our paid and organic inbound programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing within the Growth Marketing team, you'll bridge campaign strategy and channel execution, working hand-in-hand with our Demand Generation and ABM Managers to keep programs on track toward pipeline targets. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and refine paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social (with a focus on LinkedIn), and retargeting. Prioritize key accounts and high-intent audiences, balancing awareness, intent capture, and efficiency throughout long sales cycles. Review performance daily, correct inefficiencies early, and team up with sales and ops to raise lead quality. Measure results against baselines using qualified leads, pipeline influence, and account-warming signals. Develop dashboards and reporting in HubSpot, turning raw data into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Maintain conversion tracking, GA4 events, and GTM setups, and routinely audit the health of tracking pixels.
