About the Role

As an Oven Operator at Cargill's Round Rock location, you will play a direct role in protein and food production operations, ensuring product quality and consistency through attentive equipment monitoring and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial oven equipment throughout production shifts
• Maintain product quality by following established time, temperature, and process specifications
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
• Collaborate with production team members to meet throughput targets
• Document production data and flag process deviations as required

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or food production environment
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, which may include weekends or holidays
• Prior experience in food manufacturing or equipment operation is a plus
