You'll work as a non-supervisory team member reporting to the Outreach & Navigation Manager, delivering direct support to individuals and families seeking help and guidance. As a full-time, non-exempt role, you're eligible for overtime compensation and will be part of a mission-driven organization working to strengthen public health and community resilience.
