Bluesight is seeking a part-time Outbound Technical Support Representative to work remotely from the continental United States. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have strong communication skills, and be able to work part-time hours during EST business hours.

- diagnose and address customer issues
- interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot data delivery issues
- document troubleshooting steps taken
- execute Python scripts
- knowledge of MongoDB
