About the Role

As an Outbound Coordinator at Enviri Corporation in Old Sixth Ward, Houston, you will own the day-to-day flow of outgoing materials and shipments. You will act as the connection point between operations, drivers, carriers, and internal teams, ensuring every outbound order leaves accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands-on, full-time position based at our Houston location.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track outbound shipments and dispatch activity from the Houston facility.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse staff to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve delays, routing issues, and last-minute changes while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Maintain clear records of outbound movements and update internal systems in real time.
