Key Responsibilities Run design workshops with stakeholders to capture Record to Report requirements and propose resilient, fit-for-purpose solutions. Coach clients on leading R2R practices and show how Oracle Cloud can modernize their finance operations. Identify risks, trade-offs, and strategic options, then recommend approaches that keep projects on track. Use prototypes to present design alternatives and validate direction early. Collaborate with delivery leads and client teams to build standout R2R offerings on Oracle Cloud. Lead, advise, and develop a small project team through setup, testing, and deployment in an integrated environment. Plan tasks, track deliverables, and support business development, sales efforts, and ongoing skill growth. Qualifications At least 6 years working with Oracle Cloud Financial Management, including General Ledger and the Financial Accounting Hub. Minimum 5 years in a functional advisory or consulting capacity on Oracle Cloud transformation projects. Minimum 5 years across end-to-end Record to Report business processes. At least one full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience); Associate degree requires an equivalent minimum of 6 years. At least one Oracle Cloud certification. Cross-functional Oracle Cloud experience and strong project delivery skills are a plus.
