The role splits evenly between managing the CRM pipeline and supporting day-to-day deal execution. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the deal pipeline inside HubSpot CRM, tracking inbound interest, responses, and follow-ups. Send steady, proactive follow-ups across long sales cycles without needing reminders. Keep CRM records pristine — accurate notes, current stages, and clear next steps — while flagging urgent items to leadership. Update Excel and Google Sheets deal-tracking templates, turning raw inputs into clean summaries, reports, and visual graphs. Help assemble pitch materials and client-facing documents. Coordinate meetings, calendars, and deal-related calls, and provide general operational and administrative support. Qualifications Hands-on HubSpot experience covering deal tracking, tasks, and follow-ups. Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formatting, templates, and basic data handling. Strong written English for managing independent, high-volume follow-up communication. Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven, proactive working style. Comfort managing lengthy deal cycles and repetitive, structured tasks. Availability during EST business hours. Nice to have: exposure to finance, M&A, or investment banking environments; experience supporting founders or senior executives; familiarity with pitch decks, data visualization tools, or CRM automation workflows.
