Role Overview

Research and analyze data from internal, external, regulatory, and compliance sources across various Operations teams. Work with leaders on high-priority projects, collaborate with subject matter experts, and perform root cause analysis to improve production and performance quality.

What You Will Do

Represent the department as a subject matter expert, maintain process knowledge, conduct root cause analysis, analyze data, build reports, and identify service level problems and trends.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets, knowledge of healthcare and managed care industry, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma with four (4) years of related experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with large data sets
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Knowledge of the Company’s general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends, and specific operational details
  • Knowledge of the Company’s core Operations applications
  • Knowledge of Healthcare and Managed Care industry preferred
