We are currently looking for empathetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Student Success Coaches. This is a flexible remote role focused on supporting students not only with their studies, but also with motivation, organisation, and personal growth.

As a Student Success Coach, you will help students manage academic stress, improve focus, and develop effective study habits through supportive online sessions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals

• Teach study skills, time management, and motivation techniques

• Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits

• Provide a safe and supportive space for students to discuss challenges

REQUIREMENTS

• No formal coaching experience required

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Interest in education, wellbeing, and personal development

• Friendly, patient, and supportive attitude

• Reliable internet connection for online sessions
