Job Information:
We are looking for an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate a “Working Across Cultures” program virtually.
- Program Details:
– We have a family (2 adults + 2 children 5yo and 8yo), they will relocate from Brazil to Bucharest, Romania in August. They have 7 hours and 2 online assessment licenses (for the assignee and the spouse to use) available.
– Availability: During the week, after work, GMT -3 (Brasilia) – before the relocation
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions that prepare attendees for the cultural adjustment curve
- Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and practical relocation issues while encouraging client participation in developing the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
- Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
- Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields
- Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required
- Good communication and presentation skills
