Role Overview

Provide administrative support to the Implementation team and maintain data integrity for Implementation records.

What You Will Do

Coordinate special projects, conduct audits, request resident information, gather provider data, prepare documents, and coordinate marketing campaigns.

  • Advanced/fluent English with full professional proficiency or higher
  • Experience with CRM, project management software, SaaS
  • SalesForce experience a plus

  • Proficient in utilizing AI tools like Gemini, etc for task management and organization
  • Active listening skills and emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Competency in agility, empathy, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving
  • Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and collaboration skills
