Role Overview

100% remote telehealth role delivering new patient consults and follow-up visits via secure video. Own patient follow-up, practice with autonomy in a team-based model, and execute with clinical excellence in a startup environment.

What You Will Do

Deliver new patient consults and follow-up visits, order breast imaging and genetic testing, counsel patients based on risk and results, and maintain meticulous documentation.

Requirements

• APRN licensed in MN required
• Experience in Women’s Health preferred
• At least 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Ability to commit at least 20 hours weekly to patient care at Gabbi
• Ability or experience operating as an independent provider, eligible for practice autonomy
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrates professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Telehealth experience is strongly preferred
• Multiple state NP licenses are strongly preferred, willingness to obtain further state licenses is a must
