About the Role As a Nurse Advisor with Acacium Group, you will take ownership of important stages along the patient pathway, partnering closely with the Clinical Services Manager to keep the service safe, effective, and well-led. Working alongside hospital and community colleagues, you will guide patients and their families through their care journey while supporting the delivery of the Targeted Lung Health Check Programme in line with national standards.
