Our mission is to guide and support children and young adults, as well as their families, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. This full-time position offers a salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum. The role involves managing a paediatric and young adult caseload both in the clinic (60%) and out in the community (40%). Weekly supervision is provided to ensure you have the necessary support as you develop your skills. The caseload will gradually increase but is capped at 20 billable hours per week. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat children and young adults with various needs in both clinic and community settings Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs Work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients Participate in weekly supervision sessions to enhance your professional development Document progress and outcomes of treatments accurately and efficiently Who We're Looking For We are looking for a newly qualified Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young adults.
