Ralliant is hiring a New Business Account Executive to build our commercial customer base for Tektronix's Service division across the Southwest U.S. Based in La Cienga, Santa Fe County, you'll drive enterprise sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in your territory. About the Role As a New Business Account Executive, you'll own a defined geographic territory in the Southwest, with full responsibility for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and expand revenue. This full-time position is embedded within Tektronix's Service organization in the Americas, where your focus is on winning new logos and building long-term client relationships that deliver sustained growth. What You'll Do Prospect and qualify potential customers within your territory using research, outreach, and sales intelligence to build a robust pipeline Develop and execute targeted account plans to penetrate new markets and win competitive deals Present Tektronix service solutions to C-level and technical decision makers, translating their business challenges into value propositions Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery through contract closure, negotiation, and onboarding Collaborate with sales engineers, service delivery teams, and cross-functional partners to scope solutions and address customer needs Track pipeline activity, forecast accurately, and report on progress against territory targets Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to support account growth and retention What We're Looking For Proven track record closing new business in a territory-based sales role, ideally selling services or complex solutions Ability to prospect independently, qualify leads effectively, and advance sales conversations with senior stakeholders Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals at enterprise scale Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated with resilience to handle rejection and persistence in pursuing opportunities Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain disciplined pipeline management Knowledge of the Southwest U.S. market or existing relationships in the region is a plus About Ralliant Ralliant supports Tektronix's commercial sales and service operations, bringing expert resources and localized market presence to customers across the Americas.
