About the Role

As a New Account Installer with Cintas in Portland, you are the bridge between a freshly signed account and a happy, long-term customer. This on-site, full-time position centers on coordinating the initial setup of products and ensuring every new client feels confident in their decision to partner with Cintas.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with new customers to guarantee they are fully satisfied with Cintas products and services from day one.
• Collaborate across multiple Cintas departments to schedule and organize the first delivery once an account has been sold.
• Install, set up, and repair bulk product dispensers at customer locations.
• Serve as a hands-on point of contact during the onboarding process, helping each account start its relationship with Cintas smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high satisfaction.
• Comfortable performing hands-on installation and repair of equipment such as bulk product dispensers.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with both customers and internal teams.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on location in the Portland, Multnomah County area (this is not a remote role).
