You'll be the technical backbone supporting clinicians who depend on continuous, accurate patient data. What You'll Do Install, configure, and optimize network connectivity for patient monitoring devices and systems in hospitals and healthcare facilities Troubleshoot network and equipment issues on-site, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions quickly to minimize clinical downtime Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades on patient monitoring infrastructure Work with facility IT departments and clinical teams to integrate monitoring systems into existing healthcare networks Document configurations, maintain accurate service records, and provide technical guidance to healthcare staff What You Bring Network engineering expertise (certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent preferred) Experience with healthcare IT systems, medical device networking, or field service technical support Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose hardware and connectivity issues Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clinical and IT staff in fast-paced healthcare environments Willingness to travel regularly throughout the service region (Philadelphia, Allentown, Scranton, PA and Hamilton, NJ) More About Philips Philips is a global leader in connected care and health technology.
