We are looking for a Network Engineer II to enhance network design, optimize performance, and elevate customer support. The role involves configuring and maintaining DWDM systems, designing and architecting projects and features, and providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Prior experience with Ciena
- Ability to work all shifts in a 7x24x365 call center including off hours/on call and during holidays
