Sobi is seeking a Nephrology Launch Lead, International to spearhead launch readiness and diagnostic strategy across our International region, based in France. This pivotal role accelerates earlier diagnosis and patient identification in rare kidney disease, fully aligned with our purpose of transforming the lives of people living with rare conditions. About the Role As Nephrology Launch Lead, International, you will steer cross-functional execution spanning Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and external partners to drive compliant, well-timed adoption of diagnostic pathways and launch activities. You will build scalable frameworks and metrics that convert scientific insight into practical commercial plans, all while championing patient-centricity and the highest ethical standards. This is a full-time, office-based position in France. Key Responsibilities Own the complete International launch roadmap for Nephrology — from disease awareness through patient identification, referral, and next steps — tailoring plans to each key market's requirements. Map and engage stakeholders including nephrologists, pathologists, payers, and patient organizations, ensuring all materials and interactions remain fair-balanced and compliant. Align scientific narratives, medical education, and data-generation priorities with Medical Affairs, and feed field insights back into strategy and tactics. Work alongside Market Access on evidence requirements and value messaging that support reimbursement and funding for diagnostic services. Lead matrix teams across regions, coordinating with affiliates on launch readiness, capability building, toolkits, training, and metrics. Direct cross-functional, commercial, and digital projects, and supervise the Diagnostic Lead, embedding diagnostic work into the broader launch plan. Track KPIs and dashboards — diagnostic access, time-to-diagnosis, referral conversion, and engagement quality — to drive continuous improvement, while maintaining open dialogue with global stakeholders. Qualifications 6+ years in commercial or medical roles within rare diseases; hands-on experience in rare kidney diseases is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in international launch planning and execution, including diagnostic strategy with labs, pathology, and HCP networks. Solid grasp of nephrology care pathways, diagnostic modalities (such as complement testing and renal biopsy workflows), and patient-identification barriers. Proven ability to lead through influence within a matrix and deliver measurable results.
