ASSA ABLOY
The National Manager – Hospitality is responsible for building and scaling ASSA ABLOY‘s presence across the hospitality segment, driving product specifications and closures on landmark hospitality projects, and leading a geographically spread team to deliver consistent revenue growth.
Requirements
- Define and execute the national hospitality vertical sales strategy
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with leading hotel chains, hospitality developers, and top hospitality architects and interior designers
- Drive ASSA ABLOY product specifications into major hospitality projects
- Lead critical negotiations with hospitality developers and procurement teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and order fulfillment
- Monitor collections from hospitality accounts and ensure adherence to payment terms
- Represent ASSA ABLOY at hospitality industry forums and trade fairs
- Provide regular MIS reports to the national leadership team
- Collaborate with Hospitality division to provide a comprehensive Product range to the Hospitality segment
