Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IMC and BCO customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across key lanes.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions.
  • Represent BoxLinks at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to our long-term growth

strategy.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in intermodal, logistics, or freight sales (IMC/BCO focus preferred).
  • Strong understanding of rail, ocean carrier, and trucking operations.
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
