Software Mind
We are looking for an experienced Senior WEBCON Consultant / Team Lead to lead the WEBCON implementation team delivering client projects and supporting the growth of the WEBCON offering within Software Mind.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in WEBCON BPS implementations, ideally also in a lead or senior expert role
- Strong knowledge of WEBCON BPS, including process design, forms, workflows, business rules, reporting, and platform administration
- Experience in business process analysis and workflow design
- Ability to run client workshops and gather business and functional requirements
- Good understanding of system integrations, especially REST API, web services, SQL, and data exchange with external platforms
- Very good SQL knowledge
- Ability to work effectively between business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in leading a team or mentoring consultants and developers
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken
