Role Overview
This Music & Arts HR Manager Position will be a primarily remote position. The Music & Arts Regional Human Resources Manager works closely and consultatively with Human Resources and Store Operations leaders in labor relations, employee relations, employee development, statutory and policy compliance, and investigations.
What You Will Do
Assist field management in resolving employee relations matters, conduct investigations, audit human resource management policies, and assist with talent management and retention initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Valid state driver’s license and automotive insurance
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience managing a department, function, product, or project
- 3 years of labor relations experience within a retail environment
- 5-7 years of employee relations experience within a retail environment
- Advanced knowledge of US labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in conflict prevention and resolution
Benefits
- Pay Rate: $95,000 – $130,000 / annually
