Mercor is seeking a Multilingual Call Evaluation Specialist to review scripted or semi-structured calls, evaluate call quality, and complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Native fluency in one of the listed languages
- Ability to evaluate standard accent and identify deviations in pronunciation, prosody, and phrasing
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in scoring
