We’re expanding our leadership bench in the Greater Hartford, CT market, and we’re looking for a Multi-Site Sales Manager to take the reins across two local branch locations. This isn’t a caretaker role — it’s a builder role. You’ll inherit a foundation of strong local teams and be the one who turns them into a single, high-performing sales force with a shared playbook, shared standards and a shared hunger to win.
