Bechtel is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and site access of project personnel, ensuring personnel are mobilised safely, compliantly and on time. The role requires strong organisational capability, attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of project personnel using project mobilisation and site access systems.
- Ensure all personnel meet project, client and site access requirements prior to mobilisation.
- Liaise closely with subcontractor representatives to manage and track the mobilisation of their personnel.
- Interface with client representatives to support site access approvals and mobilisation issue resolution.
- Monitor mobilisation progress and proactively resolve problems to avoid impacts to project schedules.
- Maintain accurate mobilisation records and reporting to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Ensure all personnel receive their accommodation and any associated travel information in a timely manner.
- Proactively engaging with stakeholders regarding all matters relating to travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Asist and support other functions and other Bechtel Projects as required.
