We are looking for a hands-on IT System Engineer, with a solid experience in Linux, Middleware and Databases. The work focus will be on Middleware End of Life(EOL) Production Infrastructure migrations.

Responsibilities include:
- Plan and implement Production Infrastructure migrations
- Review new technical setups to mitigate risks for Production Stability
- Troubleshoot mission critical applications with precision and speed
- Possess a proactive, result oriented attitude, collaborating and challenging constructively
You’ll be working in the Operations Center as part of Production team, interacting with Development and Infrastructure teams.
Your expertise
- 5+ years of experience with Production environments hosted on Linux(preferred RedHat)
- Operational knowledge of Middleware platforms (preferred IBM MQ Series)
- Hands-on experience with Relational Databases(preferred Sybase and Oracle)
- Knowledge of Linux Clustering solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of a scripting language: any of shell, python, javascript nice to have
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
Education: Relevant IT certifications and Basic degree in IT
Good to have: ITIL Certification and practical experience in supporting production environments
