About the Role

As a Middle School After School Teacher at our Campbell campus, you will guide middle school students through the hours following regular classes, creating a safe, structured, and stimulating environment. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who thrives on nurturing curiosity and supporting the academic, social, and personal growth of young people in a respected private school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate after school activities, enrichment lessons, and supervised study time for middle school students.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where each student's individual interests and strengths are recognized and encouraged.
• Support students with homework, projects, and skill-building exercises.
• Maintain a safe, well-managed classroom and uphold the school's standards for student conduct and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and families about student progress and program activities.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with middle school-aged children and helping them flourish.
• Background in education, child development, or a related field, or comparable experience in a classroom or youth program.
• Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management abilities.
