About the Role As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Vonage, you will own new business acquisition across high-growth digital and cloud software companies in the AMER region. This is a 100% hunting position: you will generate your own pipeline, run the full sales cycle, and help innovative brands embed voice, video, and messaging into their customer experiences through Vonage's CPaaS and network APIs. Key Responsibilities Manage opportunities end to end — from pipeline creation through closing and post-sale expansion and up-sell. Apply a value- and solution-led sales approach centered on customer engagement, authentication, and end-user communication use cases. Grow adoption of Vonage's communication and network APIs across the Mid-Market segment in AMER. Coordinate cross-functional deal management spanning Pre-Sales through Customer Success. Sustain a consistent prospecting cadence to land new target accounts and uncover expansion opportunities. Deliver persuasive demonstrations of Vonage's CPaaS products and vision to audiences ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives. Maintain accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance against pre-committed deals. Partner with Sales Development, Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to navigate complex cycles. Qualifications A track record of success in Mid-Market technology, SaaS, cloud, or API-based communications sales. Proven ability to source new customers through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. Strong relationship-building skills with business, marketing, and technology executives. Experience partnering closely with Pre-Sales Consultants. A proactive, curious, and creative mindset, comfortable working both independently and across teams. Nice to have: experience in mobile messaging, voice, cloud services, or mobile technology, and designing CPaaS solutions for clients migrating communications to the cloud.
