Estamos en búsqueda de un Mid-Level OSS/BSS Support Engineer con experiencia en entornos de Oracle Communications, incluyendo BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning y Order Management.
Responsabilidades:
- Soporte a aplicaciones en producción
- Troubleshooting y resolución de incidentes
- Monitoreo y análisis de KPIs
- Documentación y mantenimiento
- Soporte 24×7 (on-call)
Requisitos:
- Ingles avanzado C1 -C2
- Más de 5 años de experiencia.
- Experiencia en Oracle Communications (BRM, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Order Management)
- Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones, troubleshooting, monitoreo y análisis de KPIs
- Conocimiento en Linux/Unix
- Experiencia con plataformas cloud-native
- Conocimiento en Kubernetes
- Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo como Grafana, Kibana y Prometheus
- Exposición a OSS/BSS, BRM core nodes y flujos de charging/billing en tiempo real
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.
