ZipLine Master Enrollment Site is hiring a full-time MFM Store Leader to take the helm of a Minuteman Food Mart location in the United States — a leadership opportunity with a proud, fourth-generation family-owned convenience retail brand built on genuine community service.
About the Role
As an MFM Store Leader, you are the driving force behind every guest interaction and operational outcome at your location. You will report directly to the District Leader and be accountable for building a high-performing team, hitting key business targets, and upholding Minuteman Food Mart's signature standard of fast, friendly service. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on the floor as much as in the back office.
What You'll Do
- Direct all day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and loss prevention protocols
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a motivated crew committed to outstanding customer experiences
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor orders, and product merchandising to maximize in-stock availability
- Analyze store performance metrics and work with the District Leader to close gaps and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and model the service culture that defines the Minuteman Food Mart brand
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in a retail, convenience store, or fast-service environment
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage controllable expenses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a servant-leadership mindset
- Reliability, integrity, and a genuine passion for community-centered service
- Comfort with scheduling, basic reporting, and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as store needs require
