Direct Counsel is seeking a Corporate Associate to join a highly respected Am Law firm in its Chicago office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a leading private equity practice and work on sophisticated acquisition and disposition transactions for top-tier sponsor clients.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience representing private equity sponsors in complex M&A transactions
- Experience in transactional drafting, negotiation, and deal management
- Excellent academic credentials
- Prior large law firm (Am Law) experience preferred
