- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and Networking
- Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Experience with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
