Mercor is seeking a Medical Scribe Expert to build documentation tasks, create rubrics, and develop scenarios for encounter documentation. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.
- Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner).
- Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes, H&Ps, discharge summaries, CDI queries.
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
