What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Active certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) from ASCP, AMT, or another recognized agency. Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania if required by state regulations. Demonstrated competence in performing clinical laboratory tests across multiple disciplines. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately under moderate supervision.
