Our client is looking for aMedical Intake / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)to support their patient-facing operations and administrative workflows. They operate within the healthcare and mental wellness space, having expanded their services and strengthened patient care delivery over the past few years through consistent growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake processes, ensuring accurate and complete information collection
• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses
• Conduct patient follow-ups via phone and email to maintain engagement and care continuity
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Resolve patient inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Support administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Experience in medical or psychiatry intake and/or customer service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable handling patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, mental health, or patient support roles is highly valued
• Proven ability to manage inbound communication channels (calls, emails)
• Experience with scheduling systems or administrative coordination
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
