Partner with marketing and production to create promotional assets, event documentation, and customer testimonials that raise program awareness. Coach the Education Support team, offering clinical insight and feedback to ensure smooth execution. Manage physician KOLs, faculty, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders collaboratively. Track program metrics, maintain course content, and align events on goals, budget, and messaging. Coordinate with Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, sales leadership, and field teams to equip them to promote local programs. Safeguard compliance with Abbott corporate and regulatory guidelines while documenting training activity. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness and sharing results. Travel up to 50%, including occasional weekend travel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent mix of education and professional experience.
