Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record system. Manage appointment scheduling, confirm patient visits, and prepare exam rooms between patient visits. Handle incoming telephone calls, triage inquiries, and provide basic patient education under clinician direction. Maintain inventory of clinical supplies, restock exam rooms, and ensure equipment is clean and functional. Adhere to all infection‑control policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) from an accredited program. Minimum of one year of experience in a primary‑care or ambulatory care setting; familiarity with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations is a plus. Proficiency with vital sign measurement, venipuncture, and basic laboratory procedures. Comfort using electronic health record platforms; experience with Epic or similar systems preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team. Ability to work a flexible day‑shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with varying start and end times.
