Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on B2C lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Meta Ads and Google Ads, understands full-funnel performance marketing, and is capable of driving high-quality leads through the client’s sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Develop and optimize campaigns focused on B2C lead generation and customer acquisition
- Drive qualified leads through the full sales funnel, from awareness to conversion
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
- Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to improve results
- Collaborate with internal teams to align ads with landing pages, offers, and sales processes
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms
- Set up, manage, and optimize tracking (pixels, conversions, events) to ensure accurate reporting
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Experience running ads designed to generate leads and move prospects through a sales pipeline
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Previous experience working with construction, home services, or trade-related businesses
