At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.

As a Mechanical Engineer II on the Hardware NPI Team at WHOOP, you will contribute to the design and development of WHOOP’s innovative hardware solutions – rechargeable energy accessories. You thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven setting and can drive creative mechanical design solutions with independence and sound technical judgement. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers to help bring innovative concepts to life, supporting prototyping, mechanical design, and testing efforts. You will work closely with our suppliers and contract manufacturers around the world to execute engineering validation builds with a focus on high quality deliverables, sharp engineering risk management, clear technical communication upwards and externally, and commitment to product excellence. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a solid technical foundation to grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to impactful projects in early-stage product development. WHOOP operates with urgency because our mission demands it. We build products for people who push their limits—and we hold ourselves to the same standard. If you’re energized by complex challenges, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to ship hardware at scale, this role will push you—and reward you.
