We’re looking for an MBA summer intern to own one high-impact project over ~10–12 weeks. You’ll work with your hiring manager to scope the project, meet stakeholders, run diagnostics, ship the solution, iterate, and present final results to the leadership team in Week 12.
Requirements
- Current MBA student at a top program, completing your summer between Year 1 and Year 2
- 2+ years of pre-MBA experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity / VC, strategic finance, or a high-growth tech operator role
- Strong analytical chops — comfortable building models in Excel / Google Sheets and pulling insights from messy data
- Clear written and verbal communicator — you can take a complex problem and distill it into a crisp one-pager that a CEO can act on
- Ownership mindset — you take a loosely-scoped problem and drive it to a concrete outcome without hand-holding
