MB Law Firm Consulting is a law firm management consultant seeking a Law Firm Management Consultant to enhance performance, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence for their clients. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing solutions to improve client profitability and operational efficiency, analyzing problem areas, and developing effective action plans. This is a full-time role requiring overlap with the EST time zone.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working internally at an international law firm
- Licensed lawyer
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Management or leadership experience
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Understanding of legal practices and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of legal technology
- Experience in law firm financial management
