MB Law Firm Consulting is looking for a Law Firm Management Consultant to provide operational, financial, and strategic support and guidance to law firms. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, at least 5 years of experience working at an international law firm, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working internally at an international law firm
- Licensed lawyer
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Management or leadership experience
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Understanding of legal practices and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of legal technology
- Experience in law firm financial management
