In this full-time role, you'll manage warehouse operations and inventory systems that keep our aircraft maintained and our operations running smoothly. Role Overview As a Materials Specialist, you are the backbone of aircraft maintenance supply chain execution. Working under the Materials Operations Supervisors, you'll oversee the supply rooms, manage inventory databases, coordinate parts distribution, and ensure that maintenance teams have the tools and materials needed to service our fleet. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage Material Stores and Line Material operations, overseeing inventory tracking and accuracy Track, locate, and issue materials through company inventory systems; receive and process incoming shipments Handle technical and non-technical inventory stored in warehouse facilities Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control on parts movement and equipment logistics, including support for aircraft on-ground recovery situations Establish and maintain inventory stock levels; work with Maintenance, Purchasing, and other departments to reorder and adjust as needed Conduct physical inventories and complete record reconciliations; verify compliance with Maintenance Manual standards Inspect and maintain calibrated tools; execute shelf-life reviews and replacements to meet monthly compliance requirements Prepare hazardous material shipments following International Air Transport Association regulations Partner with Engineering and Maintenance Planning on aircraft modification kit assembly Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve operational issues affecting supply delivery Meet performance standards and embody Breeze Airways values: Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum one year of data entry, inventory management, or warehouse experience Proficiency with inventory software systems and Excel-based reporting Valid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to operate forklifts, ground service equipment, and company vehicles Certification in Dangerous Goods handling and IATA compliance; 5K and 15K forklift operation certification Ability to pass Materials and Maintenance Manual training courses Eligible for TSA SIDA badge and airport security credentials U.S. work authorization and valid passport with unrestricted international travel capability Clearance for a 10-year background and criminal history check Fluent in English;…
