About the Role
As a Massage Therapist at IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, you will be at the heart of our guest relaxation experience. Working within a luxury spa environment, you'll provide professional massage and bodywork treatments tailored to each guest's individual needs, helping create the memorable moments that define our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage modalities and therapeutic treatments for resort and spa guests
- Assess each guest's preferences and wellness goals to recommend the most suitable services
- Keep treatment spaces clean, calming, and fully prepared throughout each shift
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest confidentiality
- Guide guests on aftercare and additional spa offerings that support their well-being
Qualifications
- Current, valid massage therapy licensure as required by the state of Mississippi
- Solid working knowledge of massage techniques and human anatomy
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
- Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
