About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building funnels, social media marketing, a solid understanding of AI tools, and the ability to support recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role combines digital marketing expertise with people-focused recruitment activities to help grow our brand and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, analytics, and workflow automation.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with digital advertising is a plus.
- Recruitment or talent acquisition experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools is preferred.
