Marketing Project Manager

Our client in the UK is looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing initiatives. This role suited to someone who can take ownership of campaigns, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive measurable lead generation outcomes.

You will work with a Marketing Assistant and external contractors, taking responsibility for campaign coordination, channel growth, and marketing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Channel Management

  • Coordinate and optimise existing marketing campaigns.
  • Grow and expand the number of functioning marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure measurable results.
  • Focus on consistent lead generation and pipeline growth.

2. Website Project Management

  • Lead the rebuild of the company website.
  • Work with external web designers/developers to deliver the project.
  • Manage timelines, scope, and outcomes.
  • Ensure the website remains up to date and aligned with marketing goals.

3. Landing Pages & Marketing Materials

  • Regularly update landing pages.
  • Coordinate updates to brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Work with designers and content creators as needed.

4. Event Support (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Support planning and coordination of live events.
  • Ensure events contribute to lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and promotion around events.

5. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work closely with leadership and the Junior Marketing Assistant.
  • Coordinate external contractors effectively.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered successfully.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing project management.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing external contractors (web, design, content).
  • Demonstrated ability to grow marketing channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
