About the Role

As Marketing Manager at Sierra Central Credit Union, you will guide the planning and rollout of integrated, multichannel campaigns that attract new members, strengthen existing relationships, and broaden the adoption of our loans, deposit accounts, digital banking tools, and other financial solutions. Based on-site in Tierra Buena, Sutter County, this leadership position blends creative direction with measurable, results-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor the marketing team while overseeing daily execution of advertising and promotional initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate integrated, multichannel campaigns that grow membership and deepen member engagement.
• Promote greater product penetration across the credit union's lending, deposit, and digital service offerings.
• Align marketing programs with organizational goals to support sustainable, long-term growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and leading a team toward shared objectives.
• Strong understanding of integrated, multichannel marketing across digital and traditional channels.
• Familiarity with financial products such as loans, deposits, and digital banking services is highly valuable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Tierra Buena, Sutter County.
